Get In Gear!

Our inspiring instructors will lead the class on a journey through mixed terrains (hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training) to the rhythm of powerful music. By increasing or decreasing tension on the bike, you control the intensity of your ride, making this class suitable for both new and experienced riders.

Indoor Cycling

A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and an efficient way to burn calories! With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding while focusing on technique. Cycling is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race! A water bottle and towel are recommended *Please arrive 15 minutes early as bikes are limited.

Cycling 101

This introductory class is your perfect entry point into cycling.  Take a ride over hills and across flat roads with a variety of sprints and intervals. You are given the control to adjust your resistance to your fitness level but be prepared to work hard. This class will review bike set-up and proper alignment for beginners. All levels are welcome! A water bottle and towel are recommended *Please arrive 15 minutes early as bikes are limited.

LES MILLS SPRINT

A unique spin on high-intensity training, LES MILLS SPRINT uses the power of pedaling to push your cardiovascular fitness and calorie burn to new heights! 

Family Cycling

Geared to all levels, including your kids! Learn safety, setup, and proper cycling etiquette. Bring the family for a great workout. Children must be able to comfortably reach the pedals. A water bottle and towel are recommended *Please arrive 15 minutes early as bikes are limited.

Cycle 45

All fitness levels welcome!

Taught by longtime YMCA Cycling Instructor JoDee G., Cycle 45 is an exciting new group cycling class where you can get it all done in 45 minutes! You will get a great cardiovascular workout while you ride through hill climbs, sprints and flats. Control your intensity. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle.

Power Cycle

Power Cycle is a total body work-out! Combining leg and cardio work on the bike with segments of training off the bike for additional strength and core work. Get moving with a 25 minute cycle ride consisting of hill climbs and sprints. Move to the Club Room for 25 mins of strength work. Remember to bring your towel and water bottle!

Core Cycle

Core Cycle is a total body work-out! Combining leg and cardio work on the bike with segments of training off the bike for additional strength and core work. Get moving with a 25 minute calorie burning cycle ride consisting of hill climbs and sprints. Move to the Club Room for 25 mins of strength work. Remember to bring your towel and water bottle!
