Dear friends of the Burbank Y,
Thank you for your continued support of the Burbank Community YMCA. With your partnership, we have proudly served the Burbank community for 100 years. As the Board of Directors and I looked toward the future of serving our vibrant community, we have decided to partner with our neighbors at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles.
After several months of conversation and planning with our colleagues at the LA Y, we entered into an organizational service agreement earlier this month.
The LA Y team will partner with our Burbank Y team to support our operational infrastructure to best position the YMCA and our services to the Burbank community. Through this agreement, the Burbank Community YMCA will remain an independent YMCA and 501(c)(3) entity delivering the same programs and services to the Burbank community.
